Attention Graduating Seniors for the Class of 2020: there are about 14 of you all who have not filled out the senior exit information survey that Mr Tarver emailed you over a month ago. Much of that information will be used for the senior graduation ceremony at the end of July. Please fill that survey out as soon as possible. If, for some reason, you can't access that survey or you feel you never received the email, please email Mr. Tarver at steven.tarver@concordschools.org

Congratulations to Sarah Thomas and Annalise Cornett for being the recipients of the Rotary Club Scholarship of Cleburne County. We are very proud of you girls!

Pirate Family
With many schools starting to release their plans for the next school year, we know that many of our parents, students, and community members have questions. Please feel confident that we are working diligently on creating a plan that works best for Concord Schools. While many districts are rushing to release their plans for next year, we want to make sure we get things right initially, so we have taken more of a cautious approach. With new information and updates coming out daily from the governor and ADH, we feel this is the best approach. As we receive more guidance from the Department of Education, we will make sure to keep everyone up to date on any changes.
Thank you
Go Pirates!

Cleburne County residents, please take time to fill out your 2020 U.S. Census form. While it may seem like an inconvenience or unimportant, not filling out the census has major consequences for our kids. The data collected is utilized in determining school funding. As of now, only 48% of Cleburne Co. residents have filled out the census. The link below will direct you to the online census form. If you do not have your census letter that contains your census ID, there's a link below that allows you to still fill out a form.
Thank you!!

Come out and support a great cause. As many of you know, Mrs. Margie passed away in a house fire on May 17th. There will be a BBQ banquet to help raise money for her husband John Tucker.

We have received questions asking if the district plans on providing off campus virtual learning for the upcoming 2020-2021 school year. The district will be providing that option to students who wish to go that route. However, we have every intention of starting school on August 13th with the safety of our students as the number one priority. The district has purchased and will continue to provide many resources to make sure our students receive a quality education while also maintaining a healthy and clean learning environment.

This is a message from Concord Schools. Please click on the link below to fill out a short survey with regards to COVID-19 and the possible impact on the upcoming school year.

This is an announcement from Concord Schools. AMI work will need to be turned in by this Friday afternoon. The tubs will be gathered from Wilburn, Logan's, and the Country Store on Friday. Tubs will still be outside both schools through the end of next week to turn in late work.

We would like to wish our deepest condolences to the Tucker family in the passing of Mrs. Margie this Sunday. She has been a part of the Concord school and community for many years. The family is in our thoughts and prayers.

Good morning, Pirates!! What a beautiful Monday to start our week!! Just a reminder regarding AMI work. The elementary should be working on Day 21 today and high school work is labeled April 20-24th. If you did not receive the AMI work, please call or email the helpline. Thanks!

This is an announcement from Concord Schools. AMI packets will be ready for pickup Friday at 9:00 at the location (school, Drasco country store, Logan's, Wilburn store) you and your child's teacher agreed upon. There will also be containers to drop off completed AMI work. AMI containers will stay at those locations until Monday afternoon. Due to the high volume of COVID-19 cases in our county, the state has asked employees of the school to limit their time in the buildings. Due to this, office hours will vary. If you cannot pick up or drop of your work to the school on Friday from 9:00-1:00, the tubs will be placed outside the school building.
Thank you and stay safe!!
