Parents and Students, tomorrow and Wednesday (4/13 & 4/14) resumes our state testing here at Concord high school. 9th and 10th grade students are asked to get a good night's sleep tonight and eat a good breakfast in the morning. Exams tomorrow, 4/13, will be Science, English, and Writing. We will need 9th and 10th graders to charge their Chromebooks tonight and to bring their chargers to school tomorrow. We will start off our day in the new gym promptly at 8:00 a.m. Any smart / electronic devices will be prohibited in the testing room. This includes smartphones, smart watches, smart jewelry, etc. Anything that can be used for communication or notifications are banned in the testing areas. Our advice is to leave those devices at home. However, if they must bring them to school they will be given the opportunity to place them in a collection box or to place them in their bags that will be left outside the testing rooms. Any device that is considered smart and electronic that is found once inside the testing room will be confiscated. Thank you all for your cooperation and we look forward to a great testing session.

Just wanted to send a huge shout out and thank you to UACCB! This morning they presented certificates and pins to 11 Seniors as the 2021 Arkansas Scholars winners. That's free books at UACCB, so that's big money! Part of the criteria for becoming an Arkansas Scholar is no grades below a 'C,' finish in 8 consecutive semesters, and 95% attendance rate grades 9-12. Congratulations to these Seniors!!

Just a few more pics of our amazing presenters at the Concord High School career fair today. Thank you all so much for making this event wonderful for our students.

Thank you to all of the wonderful speakers who volunteered today at Concord High School’s career fair. It was a great opportunity for our students to learn about the many occupations out there and how to be successful in any line of work.
