Pandemic-EBT (P-EBT) is a federal program designed to provide food support to families with children who were receiving free and reduced-price school meals and missed school for COVID-related absences during the 2021-2022 school year. To be eligible, a student must: Qualify for free or reduced priced meals, AND have been absent from school due to COVID-19 isolation/quarantine. To determine if your child is eligible, please contact Stephanie Langley at (870) 668-3757 or stephanie.langley@concordschools.org for additional information. Once you have verified your child qualifies and know specific dates of absences, you will need to fill out the following link: https://forms.gle/9ZuVSf43wDxGHcWW8 (Do not fill out this form until you have talked to Mrs. Langley.) The deadline to turn in your application is July 29th.
